In 2025, COFE merged with Alyasra's beverage business, one of the region's most established distribution operations. Alyasra brings decades of execution excellence and deep industry relationships. COFE brings the platform, the verticals, and the agents. Together, COFE is the technological arm of the combination, digitising procurement across the region.

We hold exclusive regional rights to a portfolio of global beverage brands. Those relationships cannot be displaced by a competitor, because the rights are ours. Every exclusive brand is pre-approved globally by the major hospitality chains, and our Saudi-origin blends, developed with local farmers, root the portfolio in the region.
