Arif Mustafa

Arif has spent most of his career working with technology, starting out as a developer and gradually moving into architecture and technical leadership. He still enjoys being close to the actual engineering work — solving problems, understanding how things fit together, and finding simpler ways to build and improve systems.

He has worked across different technologies, industries and teams over the years, an experience that has taught him there is always something new to learn. He values practical thinking, good teamwork, and keeping things as simple as they need to be.
