Mikita Kuzniatsou

Mikita is a software engineering and quality assurance professional with over 12 years of experience designing robust test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and scalable architectures. As Director of Release at COFE, he drives the platform's overall quality strategy, ensures system stability under high loads and mentors cross-functional engineering teams.

Before joining COFE, Mikita served as a Test Automation Architect at Digital 14, where he built end-to-end automation infrastructure from scratch for strategic UAE government initiatives, including the TAMM project. His background also includes nearly seven years at a1qa as a Test Automation Solution Architect, delivering advanced automation services for enterprise clients. Alongside his corporate roles, he played a founding role in the creation of an open-source test automation framework.
