Mohamed Mansour

Mohamed is a finance leader with more than 15 years of experience developing robust financial strategies, predictive modelling tools and cost controls in high-growth, delivery-based environments. As Regional Finance Director at COFE, he leads regional financial operations and growth planning across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt.

Before joining COFE, Mohamed spent over 11 years at KLC Virtual Restaurants as Head of Finance, designing profitable financial frameworks for cloud kitchens and virtual brands. His background across the regional food and tech sectors also includes key finance roles at Neesh Group and Talabat. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mansoura University.
